classes start on April 28th, Sunday at 2:00 PM  The classes will focus on Qigong and an introduction beginning Tai Chi.

Change of class schedule

The Sandusky class at Harmony in Health will be moving from Thursdays to Monday's at 6:30 PM effective today May 14th.  

Up coming Ernsthausen class schedule

The current session will end 9/13/11  Registration is open for the next session starting on 9/20.  The remaining sessions for the year are:

• 11/1 - 12/16 (register starting 10/17) 
• 12/13 - 1/24 (register starting 11/28) (no class on 12/26)
