Who are We?

We come from all phases of life .  We are mothers, grandmothers and fathers grandfathers, life partners, as well as happily single. Some are recovering from illness or managing a life journey. We are of all ages and occupations.  Many of us are here because we have too much stress in our lives and we need a means to take a break. We study hard but we do not take ourselves too seriously. We all find joy and peace in our practice.  Come join us.
